The project members of eThekwini Water & Sanitation and World Water Academy presented the results of the Training Development and Training of Training programme in Durban at the 4th YWP-ZA Biennial. And at the 1st African IWA YWP Conference which was held in Pretoria from 16 until 18 November 2015.

On behalf of WWA, Johan Oost attended this conference. Johan: "The theme of the conference was ‘Stop Talking, Start Doing. This is a theme which can be related to our activities in South Africa and to the newly founded AquaDactics. Instead of talking, we try to do something in South Africa, with our South African partners. It was great to find out during the conference that Capacity Development & Training is such an important overall theme. It is in great demand.

There is plenty of work for us in this field in South Africa. I was also impressed by the organisation of this huge conference that lasted two days with over 300 participants. A great programme, with interesting speakers. As Young Water Professionals in The Netherlands we can learn a lot from them!

The poster, abstract and the paper will be published later on http://www.worldwateracademy.com/.
